Cheap hotel welcome gift for wedding guests?

We have quite a few people coming to our wedding from out of town, and would like to try to include a welcome gift for our guests to receive upon checking into the hotel. Unfortunately, our budget is tight...any cute cheap ideas? I am definitely up for some DIY ideas if they are cheap too! I dont mind putting in the time!
